Zen-Whoberi Project

Graphite | Thunder Bay, ON

Infinity Stone’s Zen-Whoberi Project, located 30 km north of Mont-Laurier, Quebec, Canada, was discovered by Surface Survey and Beep Mat Survey in 2004 and covers 352 hectares. Mineralization primarily occurs with chalcopyrite, bornite, pyrite, and pyrrhotite, along with massive sulphides. Anomalous levels of gold, platinum, and palladium have been observed in most drilling. The project is 500m from the nearest power line and is to infrastructure with direct road access which is 270km from Montreal. Surveys discovered high grade copper in sulphide areas and previous excavations have discovered additional findings such as of gold, platinum, and palladium discovered. It is located in the central metasedimentary belt of the Grenville geological province. The copper mineralization occurs as a skarn in the form of disseminated sulphides (pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite and bornite) in calcosilicate rocks.

Zen-Whoberi Project Documentation

  • Zen-Whoberi Project, located 30km north of MontLaurier, Quebec, Canada
  • Current exploration underway for Summer 2022
  • Previous drillings have discovered significant mineralization including
    • 0.57% Cu over 22.8 metres
    • 1.27% Cu along a 200-metre strike length
    • 1.1g/t Au over 1.2 metres
    • 0.8 g/t Pt over 1.06 metres
    • Several trench grab samples yielded 5.07% Cu, 0.59 g/t Au, 3.9 g/t Pt, and 0.2 g/t Pd
  • 500m from the nearest power line
  • Drilling done by Quinto Resources Inc. in 2006 and 2007
  • Six diamond drill holes (200 metres)
  • All six encountered copper mineralization
    • Single, large geophysical anomaly over 450 metres
    • Open in all directions

  • Soil Geochemical survey of 950 samples taken revealed
    • Two anomalous copper zones
    • Two anomalous nickel – cobalt zones
  • The cobalt zone is 800 metres north of the known mineralization at the Property , and trends roughly east – west for at least one kilometre and 100 metres in width
  • Nickel – cobalt anomalies will also be analyzed for platinum group metals ( PGM ) , as previous work had identified a correlation between sulphides and PGM content in drill core
